Boys and their toys!

My mom got Cason this cheap little toy including construction site trucks, cranes, etc.
Well, he just adores it and if you know my little man at all then you know he is ALL boy and obsessed with any type of truck you can think of, "truck" was actually one of his first words.
He actually sat at the table and played with this toy all alone for a record time. I guess I should address the fact that his little "keester" as he calls it is showing, he had just came in from the water and we stripped him down before he soaked the kitchen.
GOSH, I just love HIM to pieces!!

Circus here we come!

We took the boys to the circus a few weeks ago and honestly I was just as excited because I was to young to remember the circus when I went as a kid. But I will be honest, I had the most difficult time juggling two kids (who were so in awe and excited) and getting decent pictures of both of them but here are a few horrific pictures to show our experience at the circus.

This is what I was talking about, we could barely get them to stand close enough to each other to be in the same picture, as you will notice neither one is smiling, haha!

I just love this expression on Cason's face when he saw the tigers come out.

Of course my little man found the food, he was eye balling the popcorn even though he had already consumed a bag of gummy bears, almonds, and ice cream...what can I say my baby likes to eat :)

Poor little P, he was really confused as to why this man would hand the kids behind us popcorn and not give P any.

Avery Elaine Ward due July 2010!

One of my very best friends is due to have her little girl in July. Margo is just so beautiful pregnant! I was one of seven ladies to host the shower for miss Avery. We are all so excited to smother Avery with kisses.
Here we are, these girls are my core! No matter what we do, we have a blast together...we are pledge sisters and have become so close over the years, still can't believe we went from then to now so fast.
Cason was caught cracking up at something ~ Andee got this pic just in time!
Kelly and her daughter Reese~ Kelly was my maid of honor in my wedding, I couldn't live without her! We just don't get to see each other as much as I wish.

Cason was being so sweet to all the babies. He brought his Doctor kit and loved having real life patients, here he is checking up on baby Will...I wondered why he isn't so gentle with his brother?

Fun in the Sun

We love summer and we are so glad it is finally here. The boys have a deep love for splash pads and playgrounds! We look forward to so many things "summer" ~ snow cones, dinner on the patio, wearing our swimsuits all day, barefoot in the green grass, evening neighborhood strolls, bright colors, snacking on yummy fruits, seeing my boys' hair turn so blond and their tan little skin, vacations and so much more!!

Memorial Day weekend

Memorial Day weekend, for us (also known as pack as many events into 3 days as possible weekend) was fun but tiring. We made our 1st trip to the zoo with papa and gigi, Cason got his first bike from papa for always wearing his big boy undies ~ side note: I am so proud of my big love, he is totally potty trained and only had a couple of accidents throughout it all! We also swam and played outside the whole weekend.
Our papa served as a marine and we are so grateful to all who serve our nation, living and passed.
Trip to the Zoo

Both boys love mowing, but especially Cason-he always wants to help daddy mow!

We have a lot of work to do with riding the bike but isn't he the cutest thing ever!!

Summer Playdates

I am not sure if I mentioned this before but I recently went part time so now I have two days a week to spend with my boys and I am loving it~ even though it is 100 times more exhausting emotionally and physically than my job.
Last week was the first of many summer play dates with friends, we went to the park and suffered through the heat. This will not be possible come July and August, we will go where there is water!
The boys had a blast and were able to wear themselves out running, swinging, climbing, and sliding.
I am just so disappointed I will not be able to capture many good photos of our play dates because it is almost impossible to take pictures while keeping Cason from running out of my site and keeping Parker from climbing to the top of the nearest jungle gym, but I will keep trying!!

Cale is such a cutie and gives his mom a workout too by always exploring!

Look at this grin, haven't seen this one before :)

Parker was trying to keep up with big brother but eventually gave up and decided it was okay to explore alone!

Sue and Sam, she is ready to get down and play with all the kids!
