Cason Turns 2!

Wow, I can't believe Cason is 2 already. He had such a great birthday....he loved the aquarium. If you ask Cason about his birthday party he will tell you his shoe fell off into the water while he was touching the starfish. He loved watching the otters swim :) Thanks to family and friends for making it so special for Cason!

Parker is 5 months old!

Oh my little Pookey, you are growing way too fast. You are 5 months old now and really showing your personality. You are very attached to those who you are comfortable with and not welcoming to strangers. Unfortunately you got sick this month for the first time, mommy and daddy hate seeing you sick. On a side note, when we took you to the doctor you weighed almost 21 pounds. Wow, you are such a big boy and considering your brother weighs 28 pounds, you are catching him fast. You have become extremely spoiled and especially during the night. Mommy hasn't had the heart to let you "cry it out" yet but it is about to come to that.
Your greatest accomplishment is you got your first tooth this month, bottom right. That explains why you have been extra fussy the past few days.
You will now get in "crawling position" but can't go anywhere. I think you are happiest in the johnny jumper (just like Cason was).
Mommy and daddy love you more than you will ever know

Moth and Monkey

This Halloween was such a whirlwind...Cason was sick last year for his first Halloween and so I was bound and determined to make this year a great one. Just our luck, he came down with the swine flu the week before Halloween, even though it was a little late we still dressed him up and let him trick or treat. My biggest challenge was trying to figure out how to make a moth costume, since that is what Cason insisted on dressing up as. I have to say he is the cutest moth I have ever seen! Parker got to be a monkey.
